Make tempura using seasonal vegetables. Serve with dashi soy sauce and grated daikon radish.

    Tempura

    Tempura (天ぷら) is a classical Portuguese dish brought to and popularized by Japan, consisting of seafood or vegetables that have been battered and deep fried. Tempura is a typical home-style cooking in Japan. It is often referred to as a representative dish to Japan. Although there are various theories, it is said that Tokugawa Ieyasu, the general of the Edo period, liked tempura so much that he allegedly died from eating too much.

    Miso Soup

    Miso soup is a traditional Japanese soup. It's base is "dashi" (Japanese fish stock) and Miso paste. Common added ingredients are Tofu, Green onion and deep‐fried tofu but differs by personal preference. The type of miso is different from region. In western and Easter Japan white miso is mostly used.

How to make vinegared sushi rice. We will teach you how to put the ingredients in and roll it up.

How to cut and fry tempura ingredients.

Hi, my name is Yoko.
I have been a master of cooking for over 10 years in Konan city which takes about 20 minutes from Nagoya Station by Meitetsu Line.
I have cooking classes a few times a week and also sell some dishes I make on Fridays.
I like to dance such as zumba and hula with my friends and travel abroad with my husband.
I am a bright personality, always full of energy.
You can try traditional Japanese food like miso (soybean paste) , umeboshi(pickled plums),rakkyo(pickled shallot) and so on.
I'd love to communicate with people from various countries through cooking.
