- Ratatouille: Ratatouille is a Provençal vegetable dish which uses fresh seasonal vegetables like eggplants, zucchini, bell peppers and tomatoes.

Salade Niçoise: As the name suggests, this dish originates from the famous city of the French Riviera, Nice. The ingredients evoke the warmth of the sun and the mistral winds: green peppers, olives, and anchovies... served on a base of green salad, tomatoes, and eggs. A true bouquet of colors and flavors.

French Toast with a Scoop of Ice Cream and Chocolate Syrup: A simple dessert made with stale bread, milk, eggs, and sugar. Served with delicious sweet toppings to complete the experience.

Cooking Class Information

In this cooking class we will learn to make French dishes together !
The famous Niçoise salad, the French Ratatouille and the French Toast for dessert :)
The cooking experience will start with preparing the fresh ingredients for the ratatouille, chopping vegetables like eggplants, zucchini, and bell peppers, then simmering them together with garlic, onions, and herbs for a rich, flavorful base. While the ratatouille cooks, you'll assemble the Salade Niçoise, layering fresh greens, tomatoes, green peppers, olives, anchovies, and tuna, topped with hard-boiled eggs and a Dijon mustard dressing. Then, you'll dip slices of bread into a custard mixture and fry them into golden, crispy French toast, serving it with a scoop of ice cream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup for dessert.
The experience is a harmonious blend of vibrant vegetables, refreshing salad, and a lot of sweetness, creating a satisfying and well-rounded meal. A perfect balance of savory and sweet, with each dish offering a taste of French cuisine.
