Strawberry Daifuku making & Maccha experience
1. Fruits Daifuku
Daifuku is a typical Japanese sweet that has been eaten on a daily basis for a long time.
We will make fruit daifuku, which is made by wrapping seasonal fruits in white (or black )bean paste and sweet rice cake.
2. Maccha ( or Maccha Latte)
I will show you how to prepare maccha and we will make maccha together sitting at a table.
Then enjoy the maccha with Strawberry Daifuku you made.

I live in the suburb of Tokyo (25 minutes from Tokyo station and also from Akihabara ) It is a very nice area with big temple and big trees. I will meet you at the station and give you a short tour of my town through the nice old temple and old streets (*10 minutes walk)
I love cooking/eating all different kinds of food.

I lived in British Colombia, Canada for 4 years and while I was there, I started Japanese catering in the Rocky Mountains.
