We start our day at 8:30 am by visiting the local market in the Old Town of Annecy in the heart of the historic district.
I will introduce you to local producers of cheese, fruits and vegetables and we buy all the ingredients needed to prepare the recipes for our meal
Once home, together you will chop, slice, boil, simmer and cook a lovely seasonal lunch.
When the meal is ready, we will eat together at a beautifully set table with silverware, crystal and beautiful Limoges dinnerware.
As you leave with the recipes you made and with fond memories of our day, prepare to impress your friends and family when you return!
