In this cooking class, you will first choose either ① a chicken dish or ② a pork dish. (If you are from a culture where you cannot eat meat, we can accommodate you with a different menu, so please contact us.)
① Chicken dish: Make chicken teriyaki. Arrange the raw chicken in a pot and cook thoroughly. Once the meat is cooked, add vegetables and sauce, mix and cook. This sauce is Mojoka Kitchen's secret sauce. Using Kyushu soy sauce, you will create a sweet and spicy, delicious chicken teriyaki.
② Pork dish: Make pork shabu-shabu. Boil the raw pork in warm water. Be careful not to overcook it, as the meat will become tough. Once it is soft, mix it with Mojoka Kitchen's special vinegar soy sauce. It is delicious with a Kyushu soy sauce base. Eat it in a healthy way by combining it with your favorite vegetables.
