I am Tomokita- a certified cooking teacher who lived in Thailand for 10 years and Mexico for 5 years.
I was born and grew up in Tokyo.
After college,I went to learn Japahese traditional cooking school and Thai cooking school with my passion.
I organised the first cooking class in Mexico where I taught Japanese food and Asian cuisine to international expats at home.
Finally I returned home japan ‘2022 then I restarted my home cooking class in Tokyo.
Through 15 years of experience as an expat, I learned that cooking is the best intercultural communication tool!
