●You can choose from three flavors of ramen. We make basic soup using fish, meat, and vegetables.
●Both udon and soba are available. Vegetarian options are also available. We make basic Japanese soup. We can also make various toppings such as tempura.

We make our favorite ingredients such as seasonal vegetables, tamagoyaki, meat, and fish by wrapping them in seaweed.
○Rice Balls
We make our favorite ingredients such as seasonal vegetables, fish, and meat. We will teach you how to make them into triangles.
○ Chirashi sushi: Make beautiful mixed rice with colorful seasonal vegetables and ingredients.
◎ Fried foods
○ Tempura: Soak your favorite ingredients, such as seasonal vegetables and seafood, in a flour liquid and fry in oil. We will teach you the tricks to frying deliciously.
○ Karaage: Japanese people love it too! Dip chicken in soup such as soy sauce and fry in oil.
◎ Japanese desserts
○ Zenzai: Made by boiling azuki beans in a sweet sauce. We also make small white dumplings and eat them together.
○ Agar jelly: A Japanese-style jelly. Make colorful jellies with natural jelly powder and seasonal fruits and fruit juice.
◇It takes about an hour for one dish. We can do up to 2-3 dishes. It is best for up to 5-6 people.

    Ramen is a noodle soup dish and perhaps one of the most popular Japanese dishes. There are many flavours of ramen, such as Shoyu (soy sauce) ramen, Miso ramen, Tonkotsu (pork bone) ramen and so on. Common toppings are Chashu (braised pork), Negi (green onion) and Nori (dried seaweed).

    Tempura

    Tempura (天ぷら) is a classical Portuguese dish brought to and popularized by Japan, consisting of seafood or vegetables that have been battered and deep fried. Tempura is a typical home-style cooking in Japan. It is often referred to as a representative dish to Japan. Although there are various theories, it is said that Tokugawa Ieyasu, the general of the Edo period, liked tempura so much that he allegedly died from eating too much.

    Udon

    Udon (うどん) is a type of thick wheat flour noodle. It is similar to Italian pasta, but much thicker. It has been eaten all over Japan as an easy-to-eat popular meal, and a substitute meal for rice dishes. Udon is often served hot as a noodle soup in its simplest form, as "kake udon", in a mildly flavoured broth called kakejiru, which is made of dashi, soy sauce, and mirin. The flavor of broth and topping vary from region to region.
