Dhal curry is very famous all over the world. We use fresh shallots,garlic , curry leaves cinnamon.... like herbs and spices are turmeric, curry powder,chillee powder, musted powder. Creamy coconut and thin coconut milk use for the making dishes.
Vegetable dish
Cauliflower / carrot/beans cook together. Adding shallots, garlic, curry leaves, cinnamon with above spices . Uding both milk together.
Aubergine pickle
Cut small pieces and Fry until golden brown. Then add the coconut viniger and spices . Also add some Sugar get the real taste.
Fish Abulthial
Very famous in Down south in SL. Only use 3 ingredients with curry leaves and pandan leaves. Add water to cook it
