    Miso Soup

    Miso soup is a traditional Japanese soup. It's base is "dashi" (Japanese fish stock) and Miso paste. Common added ingredients are Tofu, Green onion and deep‐fried tofu but differs by personal preference. The type of miso is different from region. In western and Easter Japan white miso is mostly used.

It is a 20-minute bus ride from Minoh Kayano Station and 15-minute walk from the Nakatodoromi bus stop, but please come and enjoy hiking in the Japanese countryside. My English skills are limited, but I am looking forward to cooking with you all.
※The famous temple, Katsuo-ji, is also nearby. It takes 15 minutes by taxi and costs about 4000 yen. If you like, you can go there after the cooking class.
