Umeshu is a traditional Japanese liqueur made by steeping unripe plums in a high-alcohol beverage such as shochu or brandy and adding sugar. It has a sweet and sour taste and an alcohol content of 10% to 15%.
In this experience, it lasts for 1 hour.
In the first 30 minutes, you will taste three recommended types of umeshu in the bar, allowing you to experience the authentic flavors of Umeshu.
In the following 30 minutes, you will create your own special umeshu. We provide Plums, sugar and other ingratiates, so you can arrange them in the jar according to the instructions.
After that, you can enjoy umeshu at home by adding liquor and letting it steep.
