In this class, you will make sesame cookies using gluten-free and plant-based ingredients. Although it is a simple sesame cookie, it is full of points on making gluten-free and plant-based sweets. After making the sesame cookies, you can also enjoy making rice balls.

Hi, I'm Nami Kawaguchi.
I am a certified OYATSU(baking) teacher at the SHIRASAKICHAKAI, and I will be holding a gluten-free, plant-based baking class.
Why don't you enjoy baking together using rice flour and other plant-based ingredients?
After the class, let's enjoy making onigiri. The class will be held at my home in Tsukuba City, Ibaraki Prefecture. It is a 15-minute drive from Tsukuba Station on the Tsukuba Express, so I will provide a free shuttle to Tsukuba Station. I can also provide a shuttle to the Shimohirooka bus stop, which is the bus stop for the express bus from Tokyo to Tsukuba. There are many research institutes in Tsukuba City, the city of science, so you can enjoy visiting them after the class.
