This is a menu that Japanese eat in a daily life. Especially Dasimakitamago (crocheted eggs) are extremely popular. It is an essantial for breakfast, lunch box and sushi topping. There is seasoning of each household, it is the taste of mama. In the cooking class we will make it with everyone in a square pan just for dasimakitamago.

Japanese basic seasonings are fermented foods of "miso" and "soy sauce". Recently attracting attention as a health food. Let's make miso soup with homemade "miso".

After a meal, you can experience a tea ceremony. Let's have beautiful Japanese sweets and Matcha.

We will stop by a supermarket while picking up where we can shop together.

After the session, you can get a diploma with your name written in kanji.

    Tempura (天ぷら) is a classical Portuguese dish brought to and popularized by Japan, consisting of seafood or vegetables that have been battered and deep fried. Tempura is a typical home-style cooking in Japan. It is often referred to as a representative dish to Japan. Although there are various theories, it is said that Tokugawa Ieyasu, the general of the Edo period, liked tempura so much that he allegedly died from eating too much.
