There is seasoning of each household, it is the taste of mama. In the cooking class we will make it with everyone in a square pan just for dasimakitamago.
Japanese basic seasonings are fermented foods of "miso" and "soy sauce". Recently attracting attention as a health food. Let's make miso soup with homemade "miso".
