In our cooking school in the heart of Naples you will learn, guided by a professional chef, to completely prepare by hand two symbols of local tradition: gnocchi and ravioli caprese.
Everyone will have their own workstation, with all the tools and ingredients ready to be used. We will guide you step by step in the making of the dough, in the forming and in the baking, just as the Neapolitans have done for generations.
During the lesson you will taste fresh local ingredients and discover how Neapolitan cuisine is linked to the culture, history and lifestyle of the city.
At the end, we will all sit together to enjoy the prepared dishes and you will receive a recipe book so you can make them again in your kitchen, anywhere in the world!
