Japanese set menu《Ichiju Sansai》
【One main dish and two other smaller dishes in addition to miso soup & rice 】
・Fish wrapped in crispy batter of roasted brown rice
This fried fish wrapped in crispy batter of roasted brown rice is one of my most favourite dishes.
It’s served with a refreshing citrus-flavored sauce.
So it has crisp aroma and a refreshing texture.
・Rolled dashi-flavoured omelette
・Braised beef with ginger
・Vegetables dressed in sesame seeds
・Miso soup
・Rice multigrain rice
Let’s cook Japanese set menu !!
In this cooking class, we make the main dish, fish with brown rice and grill it.
And we also make Japanese-style sauce to pour over the fish.
We also make a classic Japanese dish, tamagoyaki (Japanese rolled omelet), in a frying pan, and make sesame-dressed vegetables.
And we make miso soup by adding miso to dashi stock.

I haven’t used English very often.
However, I’d be very happy if I could share good time with you travelling in Japan through Japanese cooking.
