We are a small team of passionate pasta makers, each of us raised in families where fresh pasta was always at the heart of daily life. In our kitchen in the Florentine hills, we prepare authentic handmade pasta and traditional potato gnocchi, teaching step by step the recipes passed down by our grandmothers. With us, you don’t just learn how to cook: you live a true piece of Tuscany, surrounded by laughter, flavors, and a breathtaking view of Florence.
