Miso soup has a long history, with miso already being produced in the Jomon period, and serving as a preserved food and a way to maintain nutritional balance. Onigiri and miso soup each have their own histories, but in Japan they are a combination that has been deeply rooted in the Japanese diet since ancient times. Why not take an onigiri for a stroll around town, or enjoy a relaxed chat while eating in a Japanese-style room, enjoying the traditional Japanese atmosphere?
