SETOUCHI Bento Menu items inspired by old tales from our hometown, the Setouchi region

・Seto Temari Sushi
Flower-shaped temari sushi made with vinegared rice wrapped in pickled daikon slices, and small temari sushi topped with sweet black beans arranged like the islands of the Seto Inland Sea.

・Lucky pouches filled with soybeans and grated nagaimo yam
Soybeans and grated Japanese nagaimo yam stuffed inside deep-fried tofu pouches and fried until crispy.

・Simmered sweet potatoes
Sweet potatoes grown in the Seto Inland Sea region, simmered in a sweet sauce.

・Rice-flour tempura with seasonal vegetables.
