From there, we will learn how to make the Ngoh Hiang (Five Spiced Meat Rolls) mix the spices and meat, wrap in bean curd skin, and fry/steam.
We will also make Kueh Dadar (Pandan Crepe with Coconut Filling) for dessert.
Experience a hands-on, where you will be chopping, wrapping, frying/steaming, and plating. The dishes will be fragrant, juicy, sweet, and savoury, true local flavours.
Visit the local wet market, see how locals get their fresh produce daily.
Prepare the food ingredients from scratch with instructions from Chef.
Take lots of photographs as memories of bonding with friends & family.
You are given time to eat what you have prepared.
