・Italian Aperitivo
We start the evening like true Italians, with an aperitivo: a selection of artisanal cheeses, cured meats, olives, and fresh bread, all paired with a glass of wine. This is the perfect way to break the ice and discover the Italian lifestyle.

・Tagliatelle al Pomodoro
Tagliatelle are long, flat ribbons of fresh egg pasta that we will prepare completely by hand. Once cooked, they are served with a simple yet flavorful tomato sauce made from fresh tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, and basil — a timeless Italian classic.

・Ravioli di Ricotta e Spinaci
Ravioli are delicate pasta parcels usually filled with creamy ricotta cheese and parmigiano. We will prepare the filling together, shape each raviolo by hand, and serve them with butter and sage for an elegant, authentic taste.

・Tiramisù
Italy’s most beloved dessert! A rich layering of mascarpone cream, espresso-soaked ladyfingers, and cocoa powder. Light, creamy, and the sweetest way to end our cooking journey.

・Wine Pairing & Tasting
As a certified sommelier, I will guide you through a wine tasting experience, pairing each dish with carefully selected Italian wines. You’ll learn how to taste and pair like a true Italian.

Cooking Class Information

In this cooking class, you will be welcomed into our warm Italian home in Milan, just like friends or family. We begin with a traditional Italian aperitivo: local cheeses, artisanal cured meats, olives, and fresh bread paired with wine, to introduce you to our culture of conviviality.

Then, we move into the kitchen to prepare fresh pasta from scratch. You will learn how to knead the dough, roll it by hand with a rolling pin, and cut it into tagliatelle, one of the most traditional shapes. We will also prepare ravioli filled with ricotta and spinach, shaping them carefully by hand.

For dessert, we will make tiramisù, Italy’s most beloved sweet, layering mascarpone cream with espresso-soaked ladyfingers.

During the class, I will also guide you through a wine tasting, teaching you the basics of Italian wine pairing.

You will not only learn authentic recipes and techniques, but also the cultural importance of sharing food and wine at the Italian table — a true celebration of life, joy, and togetherness.

We specialize in fresh pasta cooking classes, from tagliatelle to ravioli, and also love to share the secrets of traditional Italian desserts like tiramisù. Every class is paired with carefully selected wines, turning the experience into a real wine tasting journey.
