Takoyaki
Takoyaki is comfort food of Osaka.
It's a ball-shaped food and made from a flour-based batter.
Basically we put octopus in it,but It can be anything you want.
We serve it with specific sause which tastes like teriyaki sause and mayonnaise.
Takoyaki is very cute, small battered balls containing octopus. When you visit Osaka, you can see Takoyaki shops and people wandering the streets while eating it.
In this cooking class,we make Takoyaki together!
After that we can make pancake balls for dessert!
