Snowflake Crisp is a beloved Taiwanese treat made with marshmallows, biscuits, milk powder and butter. It has a soft and chewy texture with a light crunch, and it’s simple enough to make at home.
While making Snowflake Crisp together, you’ll learn useful Mandarin words and phrases related to food, ingredients, cooking, and everyday conversation.
The experience is conducted in English or Japanese, with Mandarin introduced naturally throughout the cooking process.
No previous Mandarin or cooking experience is required — beginners are very welcome!
