・Omlette Rice (OMU-RICE)
Ketchup-flavored chicken rice wrapped in egg.
We'll teach you the technique for wrapping it in fluffy egg!
・Fried Shrimp (EBI-FRY)
Shrimp coated in breadcrumbs and fried.
Our family's fried shrimp is made with shrimp opened flat for a crispy texture.
Rice is a staple food in Japan. In all most every family, there is a rice cooker. There is variety of Japanese rice brands such as Koshihikari and Hitomebore.
・Omu Rice(Omlette Rice)
First, chop the vegetables and meat, stir-fry them, and make chicken rice.
Cook the rice in an earthenware pot.
It tastes much better than rice cooked in a rice cooker.
Use a frying pan to wrap the chicken rice in egg.
Try your hand at wrapping it neatly!
・Ebi fry (Friewd shrimp)
Open flat the shrimp and coat them in batter. Fry them in oil until crispy.
