In this cooking class, we can cook homemade Japanese Miso soup and natto rice together!
Both are one of the most popular Japanese dishes.
We will start by first cutting vegetables and tofu.
Then, boil water and make umami tastes by adding dashi.
Finally we throw miso and melt it.
After that, we make natto hijiki rice
easily and... "itadakimasu".
You can learn how to get umami taste with konbu (or fish) dashi and maximize the miso taste properly.
If you have time, I will make matcha drink after eating the dishes.
