Welcome to our local cooking class in Yamanashi, nestled near the beautiful Mt. Fuji and the Fuji Five Lakes! We are passionate about sharing the authentic food culture of our region with guests from all over the world. Our specialty is 'Houtou' and 'Yoshida Udon', the traditional soul foods of Yamanashi that have been loved by locals for generations. In our spacious and welcoming facility, you won't just eat - you will experience the joy of making these noodles from scratch, from kneading the dough to simmering the rich, flavorful broth.
