This is Fuji-ya's most luxurious set, allowing you to enjoy all the flavors of Yamanashi at once.
※Houtou can be changed to warm Soba or warm Yoshida Udon.

We are passionate about sharing the authentic food culture of our region with guests from all over the world. Our specialty is 'Houtou' and 'Yoshida Udon', the traditional soul foods of Yamanashi that have been loved by locals for generations. In our spacious and welcoming facility, you won't just eat - you will experience the joy of making these noodles from scratch, from kneading the dough to simmering the rich, flavorful broth. Whether you are looking for a standard cultural experience, a premium Wagyu/Seafood feast, or a fun activity with your family, we have various plans to suit your needs.
