Our specialty is 'Houtou' and 'Yoshida Udon', the traditional soul foods of Yamanashi that have been loved by locals for generations. In our spacious and welcoming facility, you won't just eat - you will experience the joy of making these noodles from scratch, from kneading the dough to simmering the rich, flavorful broth.
