Three kinds of okonomiyaki Japanese pancakes Okonomiyaki is a famous Hiroshima dish made by mixing eggs, flour, cabbage, yam, pork, shrimp, etc., and grilling it, then topping it with a sweet and savory sauce, mayonnaise, dried seaweed flakes, and bonito flakes. Please let us know if there is anything you don't like. We can make it without any ingredients you dislike. We make three kinds: standard okonomiyaki, cheese flavor, and kimchi & cheese flavor. A dish you should definitely try when you come to Hiroshima.

    Okonomiyaki

    Okonomiyaki is a Japanese savory pancake, made with flour, eggs, shredded cabbage, meat and toppings as you like. This variability is reflected in the dish's name: "okonomi" literally means "to one's liking". You can eat it everywhere in Japan, but especially Okonomiyaki made Hiroshima style and Osaka style are the most famous.

Cooking Class Information

Two types of rolled sushi: salmon avocado roll and tuna salad roll. Sushi is a famous Japanese dish! We'll be making salmon avocado rolls, which are popular with foreigners, and tuna salad rolls, which everyone loves, filled with tuna, mayonnaise, cucumber, and egg omelet. Unlike nigiri sushi, rolled sushi is made by spreading rice on nori seaweed, placing the ingredients on top, and rolling it up like a Swiss roll. You can make rolled sushi, which is often eaten at parties, in your home country too! We'll also teach you tips on how to roll sushi, so don't worry. If there are any foods you don't like, we can make adjustments, so please don't hesitate to let us know.
