Materials you will need: 2 bowls, dough scraper, measuring cup, spatula, 18cm ring mold (optional),
200g flour, 8g matcha powder, 20g sugar, 2g salt, 20g butter, 145g milk, 120g red bean paste. The dough will be fermented twice. Please have your oven ready.
