In a private home located in Ashiya, known as one of Japan’s most prestigious residential areas, you will experience authentic Japanese hospitality and home-style cooking culture.
In this class, you will discover the importance of *dashi* (Japanese soup stock), a fundamental element of Japanese cuisine, as well as the gentle and balanced seasonings commonly enjoyed in everyday Japanese meals.
Together with the instructor, you will learn how to make Japanese rolled omelet (dashimaki tamago), prepare rolled beef dishes, and cook fish using traditional Japanese techniques. Through this hands-on experience, we hope you will enjoy the warmth, beauty, and comfort of authentic Japanese home cooking.
