Enjoy a healthy, comforting, and 100% plant-based Japanese meal. We will use traditional kombu (kelp) dashi to create deep umami flavors without any animal products.

Miso Soup: A comforting soup made with seasonal vegetables and rich, flavorful miso paste.

Sunomono (Cucumber & Wakame Seaweed Salad): A refreshing and crisp side dish tossed in a sweet vinegar dressing.

Horenso no Goma-ae (Blanched Spinach with Sesame Sauce): Nutty, savory, and perfectly seasoned with freshly ground sesame.

Kinpira Gobo (Braised Burdock Root & Carrot): A traditional sweet and savory stir-fry with a delightful crunchy texture.

Spicy Simmered Konjac: Chewy konjac knots simmered in a savory soy sauce with a subtle kick of chili.

Maitake Mushroom Takikomi Gohan: Fragrant seasoned rice cooked with earthy Maitake mushrooms. (Note: Ingredients may change depending on the season)

Stir-fried Lotus Root & Nagaimo (Yamaimo) with Black Vinegar: A perfect balance of crispy lotus root and fluffy mountain yam, coated in a glossy, tangy black vinegar sauce.

    Miso soup is a traditional Japanese soup. It's base is "dashi" (Japanese fish stock) and Miso paste. Common added ingredients are Tofu, Green onion and deep‐fried tofu but differs by personal preference. The type of miso is different from region. In western and Easter Japan white miso is mostly used.
