Okonomiyaki is a Japanese savory pancake. We will make "Modern-yaki," which includes cabbage, pork belly, and yakisoba noodles cooked on a hot plate! It’s topped with a rich sauce, mayonnaise, bonito flakes, and green laver.

Okonomiyaki is a Japanese savory pancake, made with flour, eggs, shredded cabbage, meat and toppings as you like. This variability is reflected in the dish's name: "okonomi" literally means "to one's liking". You can eat it everywhere in Japan, but especially Okonomiyaki made Hiroshima style and Osaka style are the most famous.
The astringent constituent in Japanese tea is a type of polyphenol called catechin. Japan has done a great deal with the humble tea leaf. For example some benefits of the catechin in the tea leaf can lower cholesterol in some cases. Roasted over charcoal at a high temperature and grown under shade for at least 20 days are one of the examples. The most popular Japanese tea might be ryokucha. Depending on the timing of picking the leaves, the grade, the price can be noticeably different.

We will start by mixing the ingredients like cabbage and flour dough, and then place it on the hot plate. Next, we will put pork belly and yakisoba noodles on top, and flip it over carefully!
Finally, we will top it with a rich brown sauce, Japanese mayonnaise, bonito flakes, and green laver.
