Prepare the crepe-like batter that serves as the base for the okonomiyaki, and chop the ingredients to be placed on top.
Spread the batter into a circle on the griddle and place the chopped cabbage on top.
Please add your preferred meat, eggs, and seasonings as toppings.
Check how well the ingredients are cooked, then flip them over again.
Spread okonomiyaki sauce over the base, and add mayonnaise sauce as well, if desired.
