・Nikujaga（Japanese-Style Beef and potato stew）
・Fruit Daifuku (Japanese rice cake stuffed with fresh fruit)
I will explain how to make a basic Japanese-style soup stock, “dashi”.
I make a miso soup and nikujaga by using “dashi”.
The menu also has simple Japanese-style pickle as a side dishes and a seasonal fruit Daifuku as a dessert.
The menu is simple and easy to make for anyone with the ingredients that you can easily get at home.
If you have anything you would like to make other than the above, ingredients you want to use, please feel free to contact me!
