Cooking Class Menu

・Nikujaga(Japanese-Style Beef and potato stew)
・Miso Soup
・Quick Pickle
・Fruit Daifuku (Japanese rice cake stuffed with fresh fruit)

I will explain how to make a basic Japanese-style soup stock, “dashi”.
I make a miso soup and nikujaga by using “dashi”.
The menu also has simple Japanese-style pickle as a side dishes and a seasonal fruit Daifuku as a dessert.
The menu is simple and easy to make for anyone with the ingredients that you can easily get at home.

※The class on 11/17 can be held at home,in other cases the classes are held at kitchen studio.

I have lived in NY and Vancouber, and I love cooking and meeting new people. This is my first experience to teach Japanese cooking to foriners, but I hope I can offer you great experience in Osaka.
