I will meet you at the gate of JR Ibaraki station of JR Kyoto Line, and I'll take you to my cooking studio. It will take 5 min if there is no traffic jam. In the beginning of my cooking, I will explain to you what we cook.
This is hands-on cooking class. We will start with making rich soy milk for soy milk sheet and tofu dish. And then other homemade dishes.
Regarding soy milk, first you need some practice, but doesn't take long time until you grasp the techniques of it. This is the most key point to make all the dishes we cook in this workshop tasty or not tasty. After cooking, let's enjoy a complete meal starting with "Yuba" which is skin of soy milk and "creamy tofu" with various condiments, and other dishes we cooked. And we will make Japanese sakura treat with soft dough made in a confectioney shop which is almost 300 years old. After cooking, let's enjoy a complete meals with Japanese tea.
