We have also another branch in the old Phuket Town. Both Cooking Schools in Bangkok and Phuket offer unique cooking facilities and techniques for cookery courses to both novices and professionals. The Blue Elephant was founded by Chef Nooror Somany and Thai partners in 1980.

Blue Elephant Cooking School was amazing! What was it included a market tour in the morning which is exciting, and it is to explain a big difference in the various components. The teacher was patient and very professional. We enjoyed all of the content.
I spent a morning session to cook four Thai dishes with chef Khun Nat, who was charming and knowledgable. There was no rush and Nat took the time to answer my questions and ensure I learned everything I wanted to know. What we made was excellent and was enough that I will be able to cook it at home again.
