Hello! My name is Payal and I have been residing in SouthEast Asia for the past 22 years. I now run a cooking school called Commune Kitchen in Singapore. At our cooking school, we teach not just popular Singapore staples like Chili Crab, Satay, handmade Dumplings etc., but also Thai, Malay and Indonesian.
