We will first meet a roman chef in his house and we will mingle with prosecco and appetizers on his apartment and when the wheather permits on the roof top terrace with an amazing view over the city and the Vatican. Then we will prepare a home made pasta, made with your own hands under the guidance of the chef. Then we will enjoy the authentic roman meal like at a dinner party with friends, alongside with some of the best local whines.

As I wanted to be a chef in order to travel through different cultures and traditions, after going through the renowned schools Gambero Rosso and Cordon Bleu and working over fifteen years in many countries and restaurants, I settled in my own city and opened my house to travellers. I like to make people enjoy the markets, the kitchen and the table as places where to meet people and to better understand the background of the agricultural and culinary traditions of my Country and its values, way beyond any recipe, though I will give my guests all recipes of the dishes they make.
