In this class, we actually make bonito with Japanese traditional cutter and take soup stock.
I will make a Japanese style soup celebrating the Lunar New Year, rice cooked in the pot, a dish made with the hot pot, and small bowl dishes.
It is simple, but it is very tasty.
Because this class is held in my kitchen and dining room, you can relax and enjoy cooking in a homely atmosphere.
