Udon noodles are made from wheat flour, salt and water.
It’s very simple.
Knead the dough and stepping on your feet must be fun.
Tempuras are battered (flour, egg and water) and fried.

I was a Soba & Udon chef with more than 20 years career. I have retired, and then teach Udon for kids and disabilities currently.
Our place is in Fujisawa-city which is famous as a sightseeing spot, Enoshima. Kamakura is also near.
