This class will start to prepare vinegar rice for Sushi making. You will learn how to make 3 types of Sushi and also Clear Stock Soup, Japanese Sweets. Please enjoy all for your lunch after the class.
During the lesson, you will see unique Japanese ingredients, seasonings and kitchen wares. I will explain historical and cultural background of then as much as possible.
