・Compare Kansai and Kanto style tamagoyaki omelet
・Rice balls
・Miso soup
・Pickles
You will make a set of rice balls and miso soup, which are often eaten in Japanese homes.
For the miso soup, we will use locally made soybean miso. We will give you a recipe that you can make again and again after you return home.
We will compare the taste of tamagoyaki from Kansai, which has a strong dashi stock, with that from Kanto, which is sweet. Find your favorite. For onigiri, you will try making our own style of onigiri, which is stuffed into bamboo skin.
The bamboo skin can be washed and reused many times, and when it becomes tattered, it is recycled and returned to the earth.
We will provide you with dishes that will remind you of Japan when you return home.
Nice to meet you. I am well. Worked a long time as a nurse, a nurse accompanying the trip for 10 years, devised recipes at organic cafes and campgrounds, and sometimes baker instructors. I hope to easily remember the taste of Japanese mother.
