You will be pick up from the nearest station and be tour around in the community. About 10 mins walk then back to the studio.
By using good quality of green tea powder, you don't need much sugar actually. You will be surprise how little sugar we would use and how delicious of the freshly made green tea paste.
After the workshop, you will be served with light snack together with the green tea paste in our cosy herbal garden.

Hi this is Marie- founder of Asuka Bakery and workshop. I was an interior designer and have spent some times in Tokyo and London. I used to design to pleasure for vision but now I love to cook to pleasure for taste.
Our studio is in the heart of the city with a cosy outdoor herbal garden which could run workshop up to 10 people. We runs different workshop apart from chilli sauce and dumpling class, i.e. handcrafted jam and organic green tea paste and many more. You are welcome to enjoy our outdoor garden after the workshop.
