・ Welcome drink
・ Okonomiyaki with seasonal vegetables,
・ Miso soup with tofu, plenty of vegetables,
・ Enzymatic brown rice

・ Okonomiyaki
It can be eaten in all parts of Japan, but the tastes unique to each family are different. I don't use meat, but I mostly use mushrooms, cabbage and seasonal vegetables. It can be enjoyed by vegan and vegetarians, but people who are not are welcome.

·miso soup
I will provide the miso I made myself. It is prepared in the cold winter season and matured. Compare with miso sold at supermarkets. It's delicious.

・ Enzymatic brown rice
Brown rice is laid and aged. Very good for the body, has the effect of removing waste products, is ideal for health.

About Host

Hello. My name is IKUMI.
I operate a shared kitchen here.
I have a teacher who can cook various dishes, but I, IKUMI, is in charge of your cooking.
I am good at home cooking. I especially like the healthy, organic, vegetable based vegan menu.
I was active as a dietitian for schools and companies.
Personally, research on fermented food. It is cooked with brown rice, yeast bread, sweet sake, and handmade miso. Since I also operate as a coworking space, I think Japanese people who want to interact with you will gather.
I can hardly speak English but I would like to study from now on.
