"Bento is a popular way for busy Japanese people to eat their meals while on the go.

Onigiri is a staple in Japanese home cooking, and one that can be easily modified with local ingredients so you can still make and enjoy it after you return home! Why not learn how to make traditional Japanese bento together?"

Onigiri is a representative of Japanese food and can be eaten abroad recently. But rice balls with the heart of Japan can only be eaten here. Pack the ingredients in the rice and squeeze. And the one with nori roll is called onigiri. Typical ingredients are umeboshi, salmon and kelp. Miso soup is also called a farmer's sports drink, and at the beginning of work using the body, the miso soup replenishes salt and takes in nutrients. Recently, miso soup filled with vegetables has become a hot topic. Dashi is basically used for bonito and iriko dashi, but for vegan and vegetarians, you can use vegetable soup, mushrooms and seaweed.
