For our cuisine, Daishi stock is the most important thing. With using the stock, we cook many things everyday. You can request what you want to cook or eat , and I will show you the dish and side minus which goes with the dish.
Hi! My name is Kotomi. I have been teaching cooking ten years at cooking school, specially Japanese and home cooking.
Now I have lessons at my home when my kids are at kindergarden.
Let’s enjoy cooking together at my home. If you accepted my kids, you can have the lessons at evening time.
