Hello everyone, My name is Mohan I come from Sri Lanka, (formerly known as Ceylon) it’s a tropical Island lying close to the southern tip of India near the Equator, multi nationals and multi religious country.
By profession I am drug less practitioner running a Holistic treatment center and cooking studio in Tokyo, Cooking is a part of my treatment, Ayurveda is more than five thousand years of wisdom about human health, with my cooking classes I like to share Ayurveda view of food, for anti aging and rejuvenating.
