-Fried Tofu, so called "atsuage" in Japan. Enjoy tofu with rich but light taste.
-"Nukazuke" which is the most typical "tsukemono", a kind of Japanese pickles.
You can learn how to cook dashi using appropriate ingredients to you. And you can experience making "nukazuke", typical Japanese pickles, by stiring "nukadoko" which is fermented and brined rice bran and soaking seasonal vegetables in it.
During this class, we would also show you how to make additional healthy dishes using "dashi" to able to enjoy as a course of home made Japanese obanzai for your meals.
