-"Dashi", Japanese-style broth and "osumashi", clear soup, to enjoy the scents of fresh "dashi".
-Fried Tofu, so called "atsuage" in Japan. Enjoy tofu with rich but light taste.
-"Nukazuke" which is the most typical "tsukemono", a kind of Japanese pickles.

You can learn how to cook dashi using appropriate ingredients to you. And you can experience making "nukazuke", typical Japanese pickles, by stiring "nukadoko" which is fermented and brined rice bran and soaking seasonal vegetables in it.
During this class, we would also show you how to make additional healthy dishes using "dashi" to able to enjoy as a course of home made Japanese obanzai for your meals.

Hi, my name is Noriko. I really love cooking and eating seasonal and healthy food. I am also interested in sharing my Japanese oriented quisine with people from various countries and would like to enjoy chatting about local meals or seasoning.
My home is in Seijou, a quiet residential area where you can take a relaxed walk even to a Godzilla ! at TOHO film studio.
