Sardine Bowl-Hitsumabushi style-
Tofu soup
Anmitsu(Japanese style sweets)
Hitsumabushi is the most famous special dish in Nagoya. It’s chopped “Kabayaki” eel on rice. Its salty and sweet sauce gose with Japanese rice. But some people can’t eat eel, because it looks like snake...So I use sardines instead of eels to cook Hitsumabushi! It’s easy to cook and really delicious bowl.
And then Japanese broth soup really gose with this dish.
The dessert is Japanese style sweets Anmitsu. The ingredients are agar jelly, fruit, anko (beans paste)...very healthy food.
This menus don’t have meat in it.
I use fish, vegetables and fruit.
