Oyako-don (chicken and egg on rice)
In this cooking class, we can cook “Oyako-don(chicken and egg on rice) and Miso-shiru(miso soup)” together!
“Oya” in Japanese means “Parent” in English and “Ko” in Japanese means “Child”. It’s cook in a good balance.
We will start by first preparing the soy sauce-based soup. Then cut the chicken and onion and mix egg. Finally stir fry chicken, onion and egg.
“Oyako-don” is the best matching between chicken and egg on Japanese rice.
You can learn how to make a typical home cooking (easy & first & economy) in Japan.
