Cooking Class Menu

Fried Tofu with minced veges called

Pumpkin soup with dashi and soy milk.

"Koya Dofu wrapped by Abura Age".

"Sanshoku Don" eggs, minced pork or beef with sliced green beans.

All can be converted to vegan with fake meat as well.

In this class, you get to learn full course menu such as entree, main including the soup.

If you wish we can also prepare the Japanese dessert as well.

About Host

Hi, my name is Meg.

I've been studying abroad and have many friends from all over the world.

I've been cooking for family and friends for a quite long time.
I'm flexible for making most of the things that you request for.

Also, recently I achieved the qualification as a Vegan Vegetarian Cooking Adviser! Therefore, I am also ok with the Japanese vegetarian meal if the request is not so difficult.

Recently my 1st cooking class was filmed by channel 4.

Let's enjoy Japanese culture including making some authentic Japanese cuisine!

If you need weekdays to have lesson please text me there could be some days I can be flexible with timing.
